πόλεις
ᾤκισαν

χρῶνται

λέγει
τῶν

ἀλόγων

ζῴων
ἐγκώμια,
τοσούτῳ
πλεῖον,
κἂν |

Θέλων
δὲ
τὰς
ὁμιλίας
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
εἶναι
τῶν
ἡμετέρων
ἱερωτέρας |

οὐδὲν
μᾶλλον
ἀνθρώπων
ἢ
τῶν
|
ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
ἕνεκεν
γέγονε
τὰ
πάντα. |

δὲ
ὡς
ὑπὲρ
εὐσεβείας
τῶν
|
ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
ἱστάμενος
ὁ
Κέλσος
παραλαμβάνει |

ἱερωτέρας
εἶπεν
εἶναι
τὰς
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
ὁμιλίας
τῆς
τῶν
ἀνθρώπων. |

φιλοσόφων
ὁμιλιῶν
εἰσιν
αἱ
τῶν
|
ἀλόγων
|
ζῴων·
ὅπερ
ἐστὶ
καὶ
αὐτόθεν |

ἀνθρώπων
γένος,
ἣν
ὑπερέχει
τῶν
|
ἀλόγων |
ζῴων,
ὅτι
πρὸς
ὃ
ὑμεῖς |

ἀλλὰ
καὶ
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
τινὰ
ἀποφῆναι
ἐννοοῦντα
περὶ |

πολὺ
μᾶλλον
καὶ
ἡ
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
ψυχὴ
ἔργον
ἐστὶ
τοῦ |

ταῦτα
κατασκευάσαι
περὶ
τῆς
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
ζῴων
ψυχῆς
ὡς
θειοτέρας.
Οὕτω |

τὴν
λογικὴν
φύσιν
πάντων
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
καὶ
διὰ
ταύτην
λεγόντων
προηγουμένως |

θεοῦ
ἔργον,
δηλονότι
καὶ
τῶν

ἀλόγων |
καὶ
εὐτελεστάτων,
ἵνα
καὶ
παντὸς |

κύνες

οὕτως
ἡ
πρόνοια
τῶν

πλεονεκτήματα

φύσεως
